Can individuals with skin allergies use GLOBAL NOURISH products?
GLOBAL NOURISH products designated for sensitive skin are free of synthetic ingredients and fragrances, gluten, parabens and sulfates, and usually work well for people with allergies. All of our products are vegan and most are made with USDA certified organic ingredients.
Some of our products are more active than others. Consult your doctor before bringing new products into your routine.
Are GLOBAL NOURISH products safe to use while pregnant / nursing?
While we use only natural ingredients and diligently research their safety, we recommend checking with your doctor if you are pregnant or nursing before use.

Do you offer free shipping?
Certainly. Free standard shipping is applied to all U.S. orders $49+. For international shipments, free standard shipping is applied to all orders $200+.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders with standard shipping will be shipped using USPS or FedEx. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air for an additional fee. Orders $500+ may require a signature upon delivery. We are currently experiencing significant shipping delays on international orders.
When will my order ship?
We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders leave our facility in California within 1-2 business days. Overnight orders placed after 11am PST will ship the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
How long will it take to get my order?
During the holiday season, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates due to potential shipping carrier delays. Standard or free shipping orders in California typically arrive 1-3 business days after they leave our warehouse, while domestic orders shipping outside of California typically arrive 3-7 days after they leave our warehouse. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate on your order, please refer to the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Cancellations & Returns
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
We get your order out as soon as we can. This means there is only a small window of time where we can make any changes.
Please send us an email at info@globalnourish.com as soon as possible with your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not take returns.
What should I do if my products arrive damaged, broken, or spilled?
If you didn’t receive the right order, first, our apologies! If your GLOBAL NOURISH product arrives broken or damaged, please complete our Contact Us form with your Order # and a photo of the damage, and we will have a replacement shipped out to you right away.
Product Information
Do GLOBAL NOURISH products expire?
Locate the open jar graphic on the bottom of your box. You will see a letter M with a number. We recommend using the product within that number of months after opening so you enjoy it at its best.
Are GLOBAL NOURISH products Gluten-Free?
We give preference to certified GMO-free ingredients whenever possible, but because we source many of our ingredients from small, family-owned farms operating on smaller budgets, not all of our suppliers are able to afford the cost of procuring GMO-free certification.
Are GLOBAL NOURISH products Nut-Free?
More than half of our products are free of nuts or nut oils. All of our formulations are peanut-free. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that any of our products were processed in a peanut or nut-free facility. Research has shown that most individuals with tree or ground-nut allergies can often tolerate Shea and Coconut oils, as these are not part of the tree and ground-nut family. For individuals with any severe nut allergies, we strongly advise that you consult your doctor or allergist and conduct a patch test before using any new product.
Do GLOBAL NOURISH products contain preservatives?
Yes. And here’s why: If there is one drop of water in a natural product—even in the form of Aloe Vera juice—a preservative of some type is almost always needed to maintain freshness and guarantee the shelf life of the formulation.
Any natural product that is not a powder, solid soap or strictly oil-based requires a preservative–even if it is not listed on the label. Otherwise, you’d get bacteria, fungus, mold and other microbes in your product. Products that are not properly preserved can become a serious health risk. To hopefully put your mind at ease - preservatives don’t have to be toxic - GLOBAL NOURISH preservative systems utilize either natural plant-based essential oils such as Rosemary, salts, Tocopherol (vitamin E), antioxidants, Japanese Honeysuckle Flower Extract (Lonicera Japonica) or Potassium Sorbate.
GLOBAL NOURISH is very proud of using the safest natural options possible. Without them, our products would only have a shelf life of 2-3 days without refrigeration. All of our preservatives are non-toxic, and many of them actually benefit the skin.
Why and how can some skincare companies claim to be “water free”?
A select few products (oils, powders, solid soaps, some salves and dry herb-based formulations) are indeed water free. Others may claim to be “water free,” in order to avoid disclosing the use of preservatives required to stabilize a product when there is any water or aqueous liquids included (i.e. Aloe Vera, Hydrosols, Witch Hazel extract, tea, fruit juice, nut, Coconut or cow’s milk, etc.) Most natural and handcrafted skin care products require a preservative system to prevent harmful microbes from growing, and to extend the shelf life beyond 2-3 days. Inadequately preserved skincare products can actually be hazardous to your health. Food for thought: if a “water free” or “preservative free” formulation contains “fragrance” as one of its ingredients, it almost always has a preservative in it, as preservatives are often built into the fragrance itself.
Are your GLOBAL NOURISH products tested on animals?
Absolutely not.
Where should I store GLOBAL NOURISH products?
To maximize the shelf life of your products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and excess moisture. Cleansers and body polishes may be kept in the shower.
Are GLOBAL NOURISH products natural?
Our products are 97-100% natural. We always aim to have our products as natural as they can be without compromising on quality and effectiveness.
What is the shelf life of GLOBAL NOURISH products?
GLOBAL NOURISH products have been tested for a shelf life of 12-24 months. To keep them fresher longer, it is best to store them in a cool, dry place without direct sunlight.
